Goldman and Loughlin is a national immigration law
firm with offices in Orlando, Florida and Naples, Florida. The principals
of the firm, Thomas W. Goldman, Esq., J.D., LL.M., and Peter J. Loughlin,
Esq., J.D., LL.M., have many years of experience as practitioners
and educators. The philosophy of the firm is to provide competent,
ethical legal services at reasonable fees, and to represent the client
to the fullest extent possible, always operating within appropriate
rules and regulations and showing respect for the clients, the courts,
opposing counsel and the US government representatives. Messrs. Goldman
and Loughlin are founders of the American Academy of Immigration
Lawyers and Professionals. The Academy is a membership and training
organization for lawyers and other professionals serving the international

Thomas W. Goldman, Esq., J.D., LL.M.
Over the past 35 years, Thomas W. Goldman has practiced law in
Mississippi, Virginia and Florida, and taught law as a professor
in Oklahoma, Texas, Mississippi, and Virginia. A Distinguished
Fellow of the Royal Society of Fellows, he was named to serve as
a Board member of the American Academy of Financial Management.
He also received the Academy’s designation as a Master Financial
Professional, Certified Wealth Manager, and Financial Analyst Designate.
Mr. Goldman is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association,
the Mississippi and Virginia Bar Associations, and has been admitted
to the U. S. Supreme Court. He practices exclusively in the field
of Immigration Law.

Peter J. Loughlin holds a JD and LL.M degree in International
Tax Law and, is a member of the Federal Bar Association, State
Bar of California, American Immigration Lawyers Association and has been admitted to the U. S. Supreme Court.
A Distinguished Fellow of the Royal Society of Fellows and member
of the Board of Academic Advisors and Professors of the American
Academy of Financial Management, he practices exclusively in the
field of Immigration Law and pre-immigration tax planning.
